B&I is presently managing 5 projects on the dalmatian coast of Croatia and 1 in Istria. The company has been entrusted with the design and construction of apartments and villas, and also renovation of two old stone houses.

B&I and its affiliates were the major players in researching the location, carrying out feasibility studies, setting up the company (SPV), submitting and obtaining building permits and tendering and adjudicating the contracts.
