The incorporation of a company in Croatia by foreign nationals takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks.  In your absence, a verified power of attorney from your country of residence, can enable us to carry out all the necessary procedure to open the company in your name.

Hand in hand with the above procedure, we will assist our clients to open bank accounts, engage accountants, provide company representation and office address etc.
